This busy restaurant services the local business district as well as heavy foot traffic from the nearby waterfront station and cruise ship terminals.

The project was made challenging by space constraints and site accessibility. Innovative planning, timely logistics, and skillful workmanship led to the creation of a refined restaurant experience.

Commercial refrigeration and exhaust systems were introduced, along with essential alterations to the plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems. When complete it featured an authentic stone pizza oven to ignite the client’s artisanal pizza recipes.

Hand-picked light fixtures enhance the detailed interior finishes, specifically focusing on the birch slatting. These finishes seamlessly connect all corners of the restaurant and compliments the Gastown vibe that it contributes to.
